 Wanda L. Hess age 75 passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at Valley Health Care Center, Chilhowie, Va.

 She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert & Georgia Lampkins; brother, Robert Lampkins (Angela); sisters, Teresa Cannon & Rosa Johnson.

 Wanda is survived by her husband of 50 years, Leslie Hess, Sr. of Sugar Grove, Va.; daughter, Stacy Hess of Colorado; 5 sons, Jeff Powers of Sugar Grove, Va., Steve Powers of Abingdon, Va., Scott Hess, Eddie Hess (Leigh), & Lee Hess all of Atkins, Va.; brother, Dave Lampkins (Candy) of Chilhowie, Va.; granddaughters, Justine Powers & Emily Powers; several great-grandchildren; & special friend, Barbara Dickenson.

 Graveside services will be held Friday, November 15, 2024 at 1 p.m. at Rose Lawn Cemetery, 4410 Lee Highway, Marion Va. with Pastor Billy Carty officiating. Family & friends are asked to meet at Fraziers’ Seaver-Brown at 12:30 p.m. for procession to the cemetery. Pall bearers will be Justin Lampkins, Jeremy Lampkins, Brax Lampkins, Banx Lampkins & Howard Turley.
