Thomas “Tommy” Andrew Calahan age 69, passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at his home. 

Tommy loved life, but had it right with the Lord & was ready to go. He was a loving husband, dad & papaw. Tommy was a gifted musician & song writer. He made many special friends playing music & fishing. Tommy loved being outdoors – hiking, walking, or inside cooking chilibeans. He loved watching movies & nature shows. Humble, friendly & always smiling, Tommy Calahan left his mark & he will be missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John & Mammie Calahan.

Tommy is survived by his wife of 39 years, Patricia “Patty” Farmer Calahan of Marion, Va.; daughter, April Calahan & fiancé, Shawn Neal of Saltville, Va.; sister, Eleanor Huffman of Gary, Ind.; brother, Eddie Calahan of Marion, Va.; two grandchildren, Damien & Cora; several nieces & nephews & their families. 

Family will receive friends Friday, March 1, 2024 from 5 until 7 p.m. at Fraziers’ Seaver-Brown Chapel, 237 East Main Street, Marion, VA 24354. Services & burial will be private.
