FLATRIDGE, Va. / DELTA, Pa. ROBERT ULYSSES PARKS, age 84, passed away Saturday, September 15, 2018 at his home in Delta, Pa. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Clifton and Jenny Lou Ross Parks; sisters, Ona Parks and Kate Buchanan; brothers, Will Parks and June Parks. Mr. Parks is survived by his wife, Ruby Lucille Parks of Delta, Pa.; son, Robert David Parks and wife, Judith Ann Parks of Whiteford, Md.; grandchildren, Joshua David Parks and wife, Danielle Temple Parks, James Ulysses Parks and girlfriend, Chrissy Cox; great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Ann Parks and Peyton Ulysses Parks; sisters, Lugean Hall and husband, Randolph, Francis Johnson, all of Sugar Grove, Va. and Mildred Osburn of Johnson City, Tenn.; sisters-in-law, Ruthie Parks of Sugar Grove, Va. and Norma Jane Parks of Bishopsville, Md.; special nieces and nephews, Michael Parks and wife, Drucilla, and Donald Horne and wife, Joanne. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 21, 2018 at 8 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Mr. Joshua Parks officiating. Graveside services will be held Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Central Cemetery in Flatridge, Va.
