Riley E. Heath, Sr. age 91, passed away surrounded by his family’s love Thursday, May 01, 2025 at his home.

Riley was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend. He was born in Davy, West Virginia to Robert and Mary Heath. He was a hard worker, retiring from Brunswick. Riley was a proud veteran, serving in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. His community is grateful for his dedicated service.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Beulah Lane Heath; brothers, Dewey, Charles, Jack, Glen, James, Bob, Harold, and Paul Heath; sister, Carrie Justice; great-grandson, Jayden Butterworth.

Riley is survived by one daughter, Mary Alice Heath and fiancé, B.J. Hawk; one son, Riley Ellis Heath, Jr. and wife, Tina, all of Marion, Virginia; four grandchildren, Chrystal Butterworth and husband Jay, Adondia Mullen and husband Jacob, Brittany Heath, Brandon Heath and fiancée Patricia Kramer, and three great-grandchildren, Easton Butterworth, Rayleigh Mullen, and Kaileigh Mullen.

The family will receive friends Sunday, May 04, 2025 from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. at Fraziers’ Seaver-Brown Chapel, 237 East Main Street, Marion Va. Funeral services will begin at 3 p.m. with Rick Herald officiating. Graveside services will follow at Rose Lawn Cemetery, 4410 Lee Hwy, Marion, Va with Military Rites rendered by the United States Army Funeral Honors Guard and Marion VFW Post #4667.
