PG Wingfield

MARION, Va.

PG Wingfield III, age 76, of Roanoke, Va., passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2022.

He was a member of the Christ Episcopal Church in Marion, Va. Mr. Wingfield taught mathematics and history at Marion Senior High School in Marion, Va., and served as an official for the Virginia High School League in Southwest Virginia for nearly 50 years.

PG is survived by his wife, Laura Fincen; children, Charles Patrick Wingfield, and his children, Lakyn and Hunter; Wendy and Dwight Cranford, and their children, Merrick and Mason; and stepdaughter, Shelley and Chad Braby, and their children, Isabel and Eliza.

Memorial Services will be held Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 2p.m. at Christ Episcopal Church, 409 West Main Street, Marion, Va. 24354. Graveside services will be private.
