MARION, VIRGINIA:

Patsy Dolinger Musser, age 80, died Friday, May 8, 2026 at Valley Healthcare Center in Chilhowie, Va.

She was born June 1, 1945 to the late Fred and Clyde Blevins Dolinger; and was a faithful member of Valley View Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Musser; sisters, Wilma Jean Waddell, Betty Robins, Claris Wyatt and Roberta Hamm; brothers, Ralph Dolinger, Junior Dolinger, and Ronnie Dolinger; niece, Teresa Shelton.

Patsy is survived by her son, Ricky Billings and wife, Amy; granddaughters Amber Williams and husband, Jeffery and Emily (Emma) Billings; great grandsons, Brendan, Mason and Finley; sisters-in-law, Geneva Dolinger and Doris Dolinger; several nieces and nephews; special niece, Patty Smith and husband Earl; special friends, Rick and Karen Russell, and Pricilla Hall Branson.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, May 11, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Fraziers’ Seaver-Brown Chapel with Pastor Chuck Stout officiating. Graveside service will follow at West Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the time of service.
