Michael is survived by his son, M. Todd Bolling and wife Mary of Nashville, NC; sister, Debbie Brock of Bristol, VA; grandson, Levi R. Bolling; nieces and nephews, Jacob Brock, Janie Brooks (Mike), and Jared Brock; and special cousin, Bobby.
