Mary Zedd

MARION, Va.

Mary Elizabeth Warren Zedd, age 79, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at her home.

Mary was a great mom and granny. She was a natural caregiver and worked as a Registered Nurse at Southwest Virginia Mental Health Institute for over 20 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Chalmas Edward and Virginia Oakes Warren.

Mary is survived by her sons, Peter Allen of Marion, Va. and David Zedd and wife, Michelle of Coeburn, Va.; sisters, Judy Feibig of Wytheville, Va. and Patti Combs of Saltville, Va.; grandchildren, Shasta Nicole Allen, Aaron Zedd, Alexandria Malanga, Zack Zedd, Haley Zedd, Abbigail Zedd and Devin Zedd; several nieces and nephews; and special friends Jeff and Polly Jones.

Funeral services will be held Friday, April 22, 2022 at 3 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Blake Frazier officiating.
