Lisa Darlene Kestner

Meadowview, Va.

Lisa Darlene Kestner born April 24^th, 1958 and went to be with the lord on February 15, 2022.

Lisa was a loving mother, grandmother, and a soldier for the Lord. Her boys and her grandchildren were the most precious things in her life. She gave her testimony to each and every one she met. She worked hard for  God and I know that if just one soul out of the hundreds she spoke with was won, that Jesus greeted her and said, “well done my good and faithful servant.”

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sylvia Jane Kestner and Robert Charles “R.C.” Kestner.

Lisa is survived by her sons, Joshua Kestner and wife, Samantha, Jordon Kestner and wife, Sara; grandchildren she adored, Olivia Kestner, Maverick Kestner, Olivia Looney, Oaklyn Looney; brother Toby Kestner and wife, Karen; sister Linda Frye; nieces and nephews she loved like her own children, Joey Fry, Ashley Hale, Jenni Kestner, Brandon Kestner; “special” sister Dodie Harrison.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 22, 2022 from 5 until 7 p.m. at Gethsemane Baptist Church, 199 Fortner Avenue, Marion, VA 24354. Funeral services will begin at 7 p.m. with Pastor Ryan Cox officiating.
