Jason Nathaniel Putman age 46, passed away Sunday, August 3, 2025 at Smyth County Community Hospital, Marion, Va.

He was preceded in death by his son, Elijah Putman; parents, Gerald Lee Putman Sr. and Patricia Williams Putman; Sister, June Lynn Andrews; brother, Michael Dwayne Williams.

Jason is survived by his daughters, Anastasia Putman and Angela Putman; son, Anthony Putman; brothers, Gerald Putman, Jr. (Melissa) and David Putman (Bobbie); several nieces and nephews; special friends Randy Brina, Tim and Emily Metcalf.

In keeping with the family's wishes, there will be no public services.
