James Austin Hook, IV

CASTLEWOOD, Va.

James Austin Hook, IV - age 50, passed away Sunday, October 4, 2020 at the Select Specialty Hospital Tri-Cities in Bristol, Tenn.

Born in San Pablo, Cali. in 1969 to James A. Hook, III and Patricia Stevens Hook – James made his way to Southwest Va., settling down in Castlewood. He was his own boss, working as a self-employed equipment operator.

James is survived by his daughter, Sasha Levine of Napa, Cali.; and many other loving family and friends from coast to coast.

In keeping with the family's wishes, all services will be private.
