Howard M. “Howie” Roark, Jr. age 55, passed away Saturday, October 21, 2023.

Howie was a loving son and grandson - he took good care of his mom and granny. Howie was a friendly guy who liked people and had an easy time making friends. He was a hard worker, but when he wasn’t working, Howie loved his old Firebird and attending car and parts shows. His easy going way will be missed.

Howie is survived by his mother, Charlotte Bennett; grandmother, Margaret Jobe, both of Marion, Va.; special friends Jeanette and Rick Bise, Junior Blevins, Ronnie Pruitt, Aaron Lundy family and employees, and Missy at Lundy's.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 24, 2023 from 5 until 7 p.m. at Fraziers’ Seaver-Brown Chapel. Funeral services will begin at 7 p.m. with Minister Frank Branson officiating.
