GLADE SPRING, Va.

Harold Wayne Lambert, age 85, passed away Friday, September 25, 2020 at Valley Health Care Center, Chilhowie, Va.

Harold was born in Mercer County, W.Va. in 1935 to the late Henry Gordon and Laura Thompson Lambert. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, and continued to place others before himself serving for many years as a Virginia State Trooper.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Pennington Lambert; and son, Mark W. Lambert.

Harold is survived by his daughter, Phyllis Fields of North Tazewell, Va.; son, Harold L. Lambert and wife, Wonda of Peyton, Co.; several grandchildren; and daughter-in-law, Teresa Davis Lambert of Rich Valley, Va.
