SPEEDWELL, Va.

GOLDEAN JEWEL MULLINS, age 73, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Bill Mullins of Speedwell, Va.; three children, Kimberly Mullins of Atkins, Va., David Mullins of Hillsville, Va., and Steven Mullins of Speedwell, Va.; and brother, Merrell Blackwell of Tazewell, Va.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, March 30, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Speedwell Holiness Church, 7522 Grayson Turnpike Road, Speedwell, Va. 24374, with Pastor Jim Moran and Pastor Doug Stuart officiating.
