Glenn Allen Craig, age 73 of Marion, Virginia and Jacksonville, Florida, passed away peacefully, Saturday, October 10, 2026, at his home.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Mary Craig, his mother-in-law, Connie Barrs, and his sister-in-law, Loretta Keene.

Glenn is survived by his wife of forty-three years, Shelia Keene Craig, his children; Charles Barrs (Kathy) of Jacksonville, Fla., Chad Barrs (Brittany) of Holland Patent, NY, Conrad Barrs (Kim) of Clarksville, Tenn., and Wendy DuDash of Palm Coast, Fla.; his grandchildren, Charles, Jr. (Stacey), Chyanne (Gabe), Tarina, Chloe (Landen), Kaylee, Bubba, Cierra (Brett), Brandon, Jordan (Chris), Kiersten (Ethan), J.T., Cierra Sister, Caden, Dakota and Marlee; great-grandchildren, Eli, Kaye, Troy, Delialah, Brently, Levi, MacKenzie, Parker, Amora and Kyler; his father- in-law, Conrad J. Barrs of Palatka, Fla; sisters and brothers-in-law, Brenda Waltz of Ormond Beach, Fla., Sharon Norman of Jacksonville, Fla., Judy Cooper (Jack) of Callahan, Fla., Sheryl Litzell (Larry) of Interlachen, Fla.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Tommy Adkins (Angela) of Bostwick, Fla., Robert Adkins (Andrea) of Winston Salem, NC, Johnice Barrs (Chris) of Palatka, Fla., and Robert Barrs of Jacksonville, Fla.; several nieces, nephews and many friends.

Glenn hit the jackpot--full throttle-- when he ran into Shelia and her boys and so did they! Glenn could do anything and would. He was Shelia's boyfriend for forty-four years and the 43 years they were married, he did his best to make all of her dreams come true. Glenn was a wonderful dad to his children - a true family man in every way; however, if something needed to be said, he absolutely told it like it was, but he still loved you deeply. Glenn was an incredibly hard worker and his last earthly job was building a set of steps for Shelia in their back yard, it was his "stairway to Heaven". Glenn finished forming the last step, his last night, before his first day in Heaven. He will be talked about forever and missed every day. Glenn Craig is a loved man.
