Eugenia "Sue" Myers

Eugenia “Sue” Myers age 66, passed away Saturday, January 6, 2024 at Waddell Nursing and Rehab Center in Galax, Va.

Sue Myers was one of a kind, there was never any doubt about what was on her mind and she’d tell you, sometimes with a smile. Sue graduated from MSHS, attended Radford and graduated. Upon graduation, Sue worked and retired from Blue Cross/Blue Shield in Salem. Sue eventually moved back to Marion with her cats. Her wit and special way will be missed by all who knew and loved her.  

She was preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Ruth Myers

Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 10, 2024 from 11 a.m. until 12 at Fraziers’ Seaver-Brown Chapel. Funeral services will be held at Rose Lawn Cemetery Mausoleum at 12:30 p.m. with Blake Frazier officiating.  

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mountain Valley Hospice, 1477 Carrollton Pike, Hillsville, VA 24343.
