Donald H. Milligan age 94, passed away Friday, February 17, 2023 at Deer Meadows Rehabilitation & Nursing, Abingdon, Va.
Mr. Milligan was born in Indiana to the late Walter & Velma Milligan. He was a sign painter for the advertising industry. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Raye Jean Milligan.
