Dina Kay Finley, age 70, passed away Monday June 6, 2026 at in Galax, Virginia.

Dina went to join her parents, Boyd and Edith Blackburn; brother, Danny Blackburn; sisters, Rita Crusenberry and Sarah Charapich; nieces, Amanda Crusenberry and Heather Gravely; and her daughter, Frances Michelle Finley.

Those left to cherish her memory are son, Michael Wayne Finley; sister, Sharon Bryant (Ricky); grandchildren, Bethany Michelle Finley, Jerith Finley, Jute Finley, Jane Crouse; nieces and nephews, Melissa Hess, Monica Lambert, Tosha Brown, Angela Ahmed, Becky Crusenberry, Timmy Charapich, Debbie Whitecotton, Michael Whitecotton, Daniel Blackburn; and her special friend, Abby Armstrong and Southview Apartment kids.

Services will be held Wednesday July 15, 2026 at 2 p.m. at Fraziers' Seaver Brown Chapel, Marion, VA 24354. Family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m.
