Charles Ronald "Ronnie" Hutton, age 86, passed away Thursday, October 15, 2026 at Davis and McDaniel Veterans Care Center in Roanoke, Va.

Charles was born into the Nick’s Creek Community in Atkins, Va. and that is where he also attended elementary school. He graduated from Marion Senior High School in 1959. He was retired from the United States Air Force after 23 ½ years of service. He was a Senior Master Sergeant for 20 years. He was also a Boy Scout leader.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Mary Ann (Pruitt) Hutton; his parents, Frank W. and Lucy J. Hutton.

Charles is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth A. Barbour (Tony), Roanoke, Va.; son, Michael C. Hutton, York, PA; sister, Sharon H. March; grandchildren, Andrew Hutton and Amelia Barbour; nephews, Frank, Hunter and David.
