Brenda Sue "Tootle" Mitchell

Brenda Sue “Tootle” Mitchell age 70, passed away Thursday, April 27, 2023 at her home.

Brenda loved her family – she was a loving wife, sister, mom, and mamaw Mitchell. You’d always catch her playing with her cell phone, but her passion was helping people. Brenda really enjoyed being a nurse. Her family will miss her, but is comforted to know she is in Heaven today.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Mitchell; parents, James and Cleo Reynolds; sisters, Faye Nunley and Doris Wolfe; brothers, David Reynolds, Billy Reynolds, and Mike Reynolds.

Brenda is survived by her daughters, Lisa Sue Harris (Mike), of Ala., Danielle Thompson (Jason Warren); sons, Richard Jerry Hicks, Chris Mitchell (Tricia); brother, Roger Reynolds (Wanda), all of Abingdon, Va.; 14 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
