LARGO, FLORIDA: ANN BURKE HIGGINS, age 58, died Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at her home in Largo, Florida. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy O. Higgins; daughter, Kimberly Ann Davis; step-daughter, Elizabeth Ann Higgins Dunn Smith and her father, Roy H. Burke, Jr. Ann is survived by her son, Roy Owen Higgins, II; mother, Mrs. Roy H. Burke, Jr. both of Largo, Florida; sister, Peggy BeVille and husband, Charles of Clearwater, Florida; grandson, Trystan Davis of Knoxville, Tennessee; niece, Donna BeVille Taylor and husband, Josh of Clearwater, Florida and nephew, Eric C. BeVille and wife, Stacie of Buford, Georgia. The family will receive friends Friday, May 10, 2013 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel. There will be no public service.
