MARION, VIRGINIA: MARY W. VOLLMER, age 87, widow of Robert Louis Vollmer, died Friday, February 11, 2005 at Asbury Place at Wytheville, Wytheville, Virginia. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Mary Anne and Tom Voglewede of Marion, Virginia. One son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Lori Vollmer of Hartland, Michigan. One sister and brother-in-law, Helen and Robert Pepperney of Sykesville, Maryland. Three grandchildren, Annie Voglewede, Andrew Voglewede, and Matthew Vollmer. A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated Monday, February 14, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John's Catholic Church with Father Paul Maier and Father Robert Krenik the celebrants. Burial will follow at a later date in Fort Custer National Cemetery, Augusta, Michigan. The family will receive friends Monday morning from 10:00 until 10:30 a.m. at St. John's Catholic Church where a Rosary will follow at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. John's Catholic Church Building Fund, 124 Park Blvd, Marion, Virginia 24354.
